This service is geared for corporates, government institutions and individuals who require management of their offices, hospitality establishment or houses.
The service menu includes but is not limited to cleaning; laundry; stock management and beverage services. A client may select contract duration, starting from 1 month but not exceeding 12 months – to allow review and adjustments by either party.
Our approach is to conduct clients needs analysis at the site, present a solution to meet those needs and once approved, offer a trial service (charged) over a week period. Once the trial is completed and both parties are satisfied, a formal agreement complete with rates and conditions of service is entered into by both parties.
The client can select permanent or casual placement, minimum of 24 hours per week, specified for casual work.
The staff member remains an employee of Domestic Executives, deployed to a client in accordance with the contract
terms and conditions.
The client can choose level of skill and qualification required : - Level I; Level II; Level III; Level IV and custom
Level I – No formal education, artisan.
Level II – High School education, no matric, skilled.
Level III – High School education, (matric passed) and includes administration skills.
Level IV – Post matric, house manager qualification
Custom – Specialist skill i.e Baker; Butler; Cook; Home Nurse; Nanny
